Philips Lighting pushes LED Light Switches for dimming control
Philips Lighting has introduced LED Switches that offer a variety of lighting scenarios to meet the evolving home lighting needs of users.
Today's single-family and apartment buildings are gradually evolving into a multi-purpose space: a field where work, relaxation and entertainment can be enjoyed. Philips Lighting's new LED Push Button Switches series has emerged to allow users to change lighting conditions via existing light switches.
Mahesh Iyer, director of Philips Lighting LED Lighting, said: “After our survey, only 10% of consumers have dimming in their homes. Our new range of light bulbs allows consumers to easily change lighting settings, such as focusing the beam. The high-brightness situation is transformed into warm, relaxing natural light—all adjustments require only the existing light switch.” Eliminate the need to install dimmers or make major modifications to make the space truly multi-purpose. ”
The SceneSwitch LEDs that Philips Lighting introduced in July 2016 allow users to easily convert space lighting scenarios.
How modern families affect the development of lighting fixtures
The lack of living space and the high price of real estate have forced many people to use the same living space for multiple purposes or to choose to live in a smaller housing space. A recent Ipsos Market Research firm survey pointed out that although one field of home is now versatile, most homes cannot change the lighting situation.
The new Philips SceneSwitch LED luminaire series requires only a simple changeover. Users do not need to make any structural changes, dimmers or extra costs to replace them with new ones. The user can quickly select the situation by simply adjusting the existing light switch and successfully convert the room situation into reading or entertainment lighting.

The natural ambient light is 2500K, 320 lumens, and the gentler and natural lighting creates a space suitable for reading. The lighting of the natural situation is similar to the effect of the 40w bulb, which is just the balance point of the other two lighting situations.
3. Comfortable and warm situation
With the popularity of watching movies at home and watching TV on the go, it is indispensable for the home space to provide a lighting environment suitable for watching movies and dramas. The warmth of comfort is 2200K, 80 lumens, perfect for leisure and relaxation.
Currently 60W bulbs have been released on July 12, 2016. It is expected that 40W candle lamps and 50W spotlights will be launched in September 2016.
